Advanced Workout Program

This program is made for more advanced exercisers with at least 3-4 years of training experience.
The program lasts for 8 weeks with 3 sessions each week. One leg workout, another upper body workout, and a third upper and lower body combination. The effect of the program is to shape the muscles of the whole body, especially the buttocks and thighs, but also strength and endurance.
Try to do each workout with maximum dedication and focus, with well-chosen weights, the correct form of movement and breaks of about 90 seconds for easier and a maximum of 180 seconds for harder exercises!
Please note that this training must be accompanied by adequate nutrition and recovery.
